A whole-house refurbishment is the most demanding programme of work a homeowner ever commissions. Multiple trades. Long timelines. Hundreds of decisions. ProCraft delivers it as a single piece of work — not as a collection of sub-contractors with conflicting incentives. Igor leads every project personally. The result is a property that feels designed, not assembled.
Refurbishing a house is fundamentally different from refurbishing a room. The trades have to be sequenced precisely. Long-lead items have to be specified months in advance. Cabinetry has to fit alongside structural alterations done six weeks earlier by a different team. Decisions made in week three about wiring constrain decisions made in week eighteen about lighting.
Most contractors handle this badly. They work in silos. They sub-contract critical trades to whoever is cheapest that month. They cost-cut when something goes wrong, and the homeowner discovers the consequences a year after handover. ProCraft was built specifically to do this differently. We treat a whole-house refurbishment as a single design-and-build commission — with a single Gantt programme, a single point of contact, and a single guarantee on every aspect of the work.
Igor leads every project from initial site visit to final walkthrough. Leandro coordinates execution on the ground. The trusted crew we use for larger jobs has worked with us for years — there are no surprises about who turns up on Monday morning.
A full house refurbishment with ProCraft is a complete service. There is no fragmented sub-contracting and no scope-creep mid-build. Every trade is coordinated by us, to a single specification.
Layout, elevations, materials and fittings schedule produced before any work begins. Where required, we work alongside your interior designer or appoint one for you.
Existing finishes removed cleanly, structural alterations carried out under engineer's drawings and party wall agreement, foundations and openings completed before first fix.
Plumbing, electrics, gas, MVHR ventilation, underfloor heating manifolds, fire suppression and structured wiring — coordinated to a single mechanical and electrical drawing set.
Kitchens, fitted wardrobes, panelling, staircases, libraries — designed and hand-built by the master carpenters who founded the company. The signature of a ProCraft project.
Tanking, tiling, brassware, sanitaryware — every bathroom built to the same standard as our standalone bathroom commissions, integrated into the master programme.
Flooring, painting, decoration, hardware and final fix. The work signed off room by room before final walkthrough. Snagging completed before handover.
A full refurbishment runs for months. The difference between a smooth project and a stressful one is the rigour of the management. This is how we work.
No surprises. No hidden costs. No excuses. From the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
Igor visits the property, walks through the brief, takes initial measurements and discusses scope. No charge, no obligation.
A clear, itemised written quotation alongside a master Gantt programme. Every line broken out — labour, materials, sub-trades, contingency — and every week of the programme mapped.
Strip-out, structural, first fix, second fix, joinery, finishes — sequenced precisely. Weekly progress updates, photographs at every milestone, immediate response to questions.
Joint snagging walkthrough room by room. Certifications and warranties handed over. 12-month aftercare period for any post-completion adjustments.
We refurbish properties within a 2-hour radius of central London — period townhouses, listed buildings, contemporary new-builds and country homes.

I’ve hired Igor to do the flooring in my kitchen and I can assure this has been one of the best decisions I made. My kitchen now looks immaculate and I couldn’t be happier with ProCraft’s services. Fast, reliable and delivers quality to your needs. Very well recommended.
We needed help with repairs after a water leak. Igor came back to me quickly with a quote and completed the job that weekend. Would highly recommend.
A complete full house refurbishment typically takes 4 to 9 months from strip-out to handover, depending on the size of the property and the scope of structural work. We provide a detailed Gantt programme at quotation and weekly progress updates throughout.
Yes. We coordinate with planning consultants, structural engineers, party wall surveyors and building control on your behalf. Our team handles loft conversions, side-return extensions, basement works, internal restructuring and listed building consents — quoted separately within the master programme.
For a full strip-out and rebuild, yes — most clients move out for the duration. For phased refurbishments where parts of the house remain liveable, we work in zones with full dust separation, but a complete project is faster and produces a higher finish standard if the house is empty.
Yes. We have experience with listed buildings and conservation areas across Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia, Mayfair, Hampstead and Notting Hill. We coordinate listed building consent and conservation officer engagement as part of the project programme.
Pricing is fixed against the agreed scope at quotation. Payments are tied to project milestones, not arbitrary calendar dates — you pay against work completed and verified. Change orders are quoted and approved in writing before work proceeds. Standard 20% VAT applies and is shown separately on every invoice.
