ProCraft Refurbishment is a London studio led by Igor and Leandro — two master carpenters who built a refurbishment company because they were tired of seeing good homes ruined by poor workmanship. The brand exists for one reason: to do the work properly.
Igor and Leandro met as carpenters working on London projects for other firms. Both had spent years building kitchens, fitting joinery and finishing high-end interiors — and both had grown frustrated with the same pattern: the company was paid handsomely, the carpenter was rushed, and the client was left with a finish that only looked correct from a distance.
ProCraft was founded to remove that gap. The company was set up so that the founders themselves are still on the tools, still in the room when the brief is taken, and still personally accountable when the project is handed over. Nothing is delegated to a different crew with different standards. The work is the work of master carpenters because that is who is doing it.
The premise is simple: a great refurbishment is not a cost — it is an investment that adds lasting value to a property. Done well, it pays back over decades. Done badly, it costs the client twice — once for the original job, and again for the firm that has to put it right.
Plenty of London refurbishment companies will quote your project. Almost none will deliver it the way ProCraft does.
Igor and Leandro run the projects personally. The brief is taken by a founder, the work is overseen by a founder, and the handover is signed off by a founder. There is no project-manager middle layer absorbing the detail.
A bespoke kitchen is, fundamentally, a piece of joinery. A staircase is joinery. Built-in storage is joinery. When the team leading the work are master carpenters by trade, the corners, joints and alignments come out right because they cannot do it any other way.
Every quote is broken down line by line. No hidden costs, no vague allowances, no ambiguous "extras to be confirmed". You know what you are paying for before any work begins, and you receive a fully itemised invoice on completion.
ProCraft Refurbishment Ltd is a fully registered UK limited company and operates to the standards required of any premium British contractor. We are VAT-registered with HMRC and hold CIS Gross Payment Status — the registration awarded by HMRC to construction businesses that meet the highest compliance benchmarks.
Every quote and every invoice we issue carries our VAT registration number — 514 370 907 — and a full itemised breakdown including the standard 20% VAT applicable to domestic refurbishment work. There are no off-the-books prices, no cash discounts, no informal arrangements that would compromise either party.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of twelve months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, hardware, stone and cabinetry are passed to you on handover.
No quotes are issued from photographs alone. Igor visits the property, looks at the structural reality, and discusses the brief in the room where the work will happen.
Every line of the quote is broken out: labour, materials, finishes, contingencies. You see exactly what you are paying for and exactly what is excluded.
Floors, surfaces and adjacent rooms are protected before the first tool comes out. Common parts are respected. Working hours are agreed and adhered to.
A project is not complete when the work is "mostly done". It is complete when the snag list is empty, the surfaces are clean, and you have signed the handover personally.

We needed help with repairs after a water leak. Igor came back to me quickly with a quote and completed the job that weekend. Would highly recommend.
