Every project is priced individually after a property visit. Igor assesses scope, materials and the building constraints, then provides a detailed written quotation itemised line by line. We do not publish indicative pricing — the variables are too significant to give a useful range.
No. Property visits and consultations are free of charge and carry no obligation. Igor visits to assess the property, talk through your brief, and give you an honest indication of what is achievable.
A bespoke kitchen typically takes 6–10 weeks. A luxury bathroom 4–6 weeks. A full-house refurbishment can run 4–9 months depending on scope. We commit to timelines we can hit, and confirm the exact schedule after the consultation and material selection.

For straightforward projects we can give a budget indication remotely from photographs and floor plans via WhatsApp or email. For any project moving forward, however, we always conduct a property visit before issuing a binding written quote — there are too many things that only become apparent in the room.
Yes. ProCraft Refurbishment Ltd is fully VAT-registered with HMRC. Our VAT registration number is 514 370 907 and standard 20% VAT applies to domestic refurbishment work. Every quote and invoice is itemised in full and shows VAT separately.
Payment is staged against project milestones — typically a deposit on signing, then payments tied to completion of agreed stages (for example, after first fix, after second fix, on snagged completion). The exact schedule is set out in the written quote and we never ask for the full balance up front.
Yes. ProCraft Refurbishment Ltd holds public liability insurance and the appropriate cover for premium residential refurbishment work. Certificates can be provided on request before any contract is signed.
All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, hardware, stone and cabinetry are passed to you on handover. We address post-completion snags promptly — our reputation depends on it.
Most internal refurbishments do not require planning permission. Where planning, building control or listed-building consent is required, we coordinate with planning consultants and statutory bodies on your behalf and quote separately for the additional fees.
Yes — regularly. We are familiar with freeholder requirements across Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and other Prime Central London estates, including acoustic underlay specifications, working-hour restrictions, and protection of common parts.
Both. We can supply everything from premium suppliers we have worked with for years, or we can install client-supplied materials from your chosen suppliers. We will recommend the route that fits your brief and budget best.
London and the wider South East within a 2-hour drive. This includes Prime Central London (Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Mayfair, Belgravia, Hampstead, Notting Hill, St John's Wood, Marylebone), South West London (Richmond, Wimbledon, Fulham, Putney, Barnes, Chiswick), and the Home Counties (Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, including Ascot, Windsor, Cobham, Esher, Guildford and Aylesbury).
For single-room refurbishments (a kitchen, a bathroom, a flooring project) it is usually possible to remain in the property — we agree a phased plan to minimise disruption. For full-house refurbishments most clients move out, and we can advise on phasing if that is not practical.
