Our Mayfair projects typically combine sympathetic restoration of original features — cornicing, panelling, sash windows, marble fireplaces, original parquet — with a contemporary insertion: a hand-built kitchen, a marble bathroom suite, joinery integrated into the architecture rather than imposed on it. The work has to satisfy the building, the estate and the conservation officer in equal measure.
We work routinely on listed buildings within the Mayfair Conservation Area. Planning, party-wall awareness, estate liaison, porter coordination, lift access and out-of-hours working windows are factored in at quote stage — not discovered mid-project.
