Lead times for bespoke cabinetry and natural stone account for the majority of the schedule. Where structural works or extensions are involved, the timeline extends accordingly. We confirm exact timelines in writing after the property visit.
Most internal kitchen refurbishments do not require planning permission. Where structural changes, kitchen extensions, or work on listed buildings are involved, we coordinate with planning consultants and building control on your behalf, and quote separately for the additional fees. We have experience with conservation areas in Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia and Mayfair.
Yes. We regularly refurbish kitchens in apartments across Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and are familiar with freeholder requirements around acoustic underlay, working hours, protection of common parts, and lift-protection deposits. We coordinate directly with managing agents where needed.
Both are possible. ProCraft offers a fully bespoke service where we design and hand-build cabinetry to your specification, and we also install client-supplied kitchens from premium suppliers when preferred. We will recommend the approach that best fits your brief and budget at the consultation.
Yes. ProCraft Refurbishment Ltd is VAT-registered with HMRC. Our VAT registration number is 514 370 907 and standard 20% VAT applies to domestic refurbishment work. Every quotation and invoice is itemised in full, with VAT shown separately.
All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, hardware, stone and cabinetry are passed to you on handover. We address any post-completion snags promptly — our reputation depends on it.
