Kitchens for one of the most
uniformly listed quarters in London.

Belgravia is unusual even by Prime Central London standards. Almost the entire neighbourhood — the white-stucco Regency terraces around Belgrave Square, Eaton Square, Chester Square, Lyall Street and Wilton Crescent — is listed and held on long leases from the Grosvenor Estate. Refurbishing a kitchen here means working inside two consent regimes simultaneously: planning and listed-building consent through the City of Westminster, and freeholder consent through Grosvenor.

The mews behind the principal squares — Eaton Mews, Belgrave Mews North and South, Wilton Row, Wilton Mews — are the other half of the Belgravia housing stock. Smaller in footprint, more domestic in scale, often the most-loved homes in the area. Mews kitchens reward economy of design: every centimetre is worked, and the materials specification has to carry the room.

We have refurbished kitchens in both. Cabinetry is hand-built in our workshop. Worktops are templated on site, slab-matched at every joint. Installation is done by the carpenters who built the cabinetry. We work routinely with Grosvenor and inside the Belgravia Conservation Area without surprises.

Discuss Your Belgravia Kitchen

From the first measure
to the final snag.

Every bespoke kitchen we deliver in Belgravia is end-to-end. One team. One point of contact. One standard. Nothing on the project is sub-contracted to a different crew with different priorities.

01

Bespoke Design

Measured survey, layout options and elevation drawings designed for the proportions of a Belgravia Regency townhouse or mews property.

The detail that separates a kitchen
that belongs from one that doesn’t.

A bespoke kitchen in a Belgravia listed Regency terrace is a fundamentally different brief from a fitted kitchen in a new-build flat. The constraints are different, the consent environment is more layered, and the standard the building holds you to is different.

We have refurbished kitchens across SW1W and SW1X long enough to know how the Belgravia Conservation Area rules apply in practice, where listed-building consent is non-negotiable, how Grosvenor Estate freeholder approvals work, and how to deliver into mews addresses where access matters as much as the cabinetry. All of it is factored in at quote stage.

We needed help with repairs after a water leak. Igor came back to me quickly with a quote and completed the job that weekend. Would highly recommend.

What Belgravia clients
most often ask.

Every kitchen is priced individually. Igor visits the property, assesses scope, materials, structural and conservation considerations, and provides a detailed written quotation itemised line by line. We do not publish indicative pricing online — the variables are too significant to give a useful range. Standard 20% VAT is shown separately on every quote.
Yes. Almost all of Belgravia sits within the Belgravia Conservation Area and is held on long leases from the Grosvenor Estate. Internal kitchen refurbishment is normally permitted, but listed-building consent applies to any change affecting historic fabric, and Grosvenor freeholder consent is required separately. We coordinate both as part of the project programme.
Yes. The white-stucco Regency terraces around Belgrave Square, Eaton Square, Chester Square and Lyall Street are almost entirely listed. We design cabinetry that reads as if it has always belonged in the room — sympathetic to original cornicing, panelling, fireplaces and floor levels — and we coordinate listed-building consent through our planning network where required.
Yes. The mews behind the principal Belgravia squares — Eaton Mews, Belgrave Mews North and South, Wilton Row, Wilton Mews — are a regular brief for us. Mews properties have specific access constraints (narrow delivery routes, single-vehicle frontages, neighbour proximity) that we factor in at quote stage rather than discovering mid-project.
A complete bespoke kitchen refurbishment in Belgravia typically takes 6 to 10 weeks on site. Where listed-building consent is required, the upfront consent process can extend the overall programme by several weeks — we account for this in the timeline before starting on site, and run cabinetry and stone fabrication in parallel so the on-site phase is not held up.

A kitchen rarely sits in isolation.

Many of our Belgravia clients commission us for the surrounding work too — bathrooms, joinery, complete refurbishment. Each can be delivered alone or as part of a single programme.

We build kitchens
across Belgravia’s neighbours, too.

If you are just outside Belgravia, we almost certainly cover you for bespoke kitchen refurbishment. Explore our adjacent area pages.
