A small selection of recent ProCraft refurbishments. The full archive — including in-progress projects — is shared on Instagram. The work below is what we are most proud of, and most willing to be judged on.
A bespoke kitchen refurbishment delivered end-to-end for a London property. The cabinetry is in sage green throughout — handleless on the lower runs, with brass pulls on the tall units to the right. The wall cabinets to the left feature frosted glass fronts that hold the light. A long central island with a single white stone worktop runs the length of the room and houses the cooktop.
Integrated appliances sit in a tall stack to the right, with a stone splashback running floor to ceiling between the towers. Two brass drum pendants hang centrally over the island. A herringbone wood-effect floor runs the full length of the kitchen and into the dining area beyond, giving the room a single visual rhythm. The work involved structural alterations, full first-fix services, custom-fit cabinetry, stone templating and a complete decoration pass.
Approximately 6 weeks on site. Delivered by the ProCraft crew from first measure to final snag, signed off personally before handover.
A bold loft bathroom delivered for a London property. The room sits in the eaves with a pitched ceiling, with a Velux skylight set into one slope and the shower tucked into the apex. Walls are painted in a deep blue that holds the room together against the strong tile colour.
The walk-in shower is lined in vertical stripe tile in burgundy, sage green, coral and white, with brushed brass shower head and brass-framed glass screen. The floor is a coral, blue, green and white floral encaustic tile that anchors the room. A mauve Shaker vanity with single-piece basin and brushed brass tap sits to the left of the shower; a sky-blue glass globe pendant hangs from the apex of the ceiling.
Approximately 3 weeks on site. The work involved tanking the wet area to BS 8102 standard, rerouting plumbing for the new layout under the pitched ceiling, and decorating throughout. Delivered by the ProCraft crew from first measure to final snag.
A herringbone-pattern flooring install for a London property, photographed before the room was furnished. The brief was a clean herringbone in a grey-wash tone running across the ground-floor reception space, with continuity through to the French doors at the rear and a returning radiator wall at the far end.
The install began with a sub-floor preparation pass — levelling, moisture check, and an overlay where required — then a centre line was set out from the room geometry rather than from the doorways. The pattern works outwards from there. Edges, thresholds and skirting returns were detailed by hand. The fitted Shaker storage cabinet on the right was protected during the install.
Approximately 1 week on site for this room. Delivered by the ProCraft crew, with the room ready for the client's furniture on completion.
